I talk to people everyday. Some of them want to listen.
Some don’t. It’s a problem we all face every moment…
How to form the world so it wants to accept the gift.
It’s like there is a fabric between space and time.
If space changes, there is a modification in the utilization of stuff
which causes a difference in the allocation of position near the fabric,
so the fabric vibrates in tune with the change.
The vibration of the fabric stimulates a modification in the time stability on the other side,
and the previous moment is never the same again.
Consider a big Bass Drum.
It starts as a hollow, shallow, open cylinder.
Fabric is stretched over both ends of the cylinder, and the pieces of fabric are tied together.
Now there is an outside and an inside, each separated from the other by fabric.
Postulate that the outside can be incited, and the inside can only respond.
If i cause an impact to one piece of the fabric, the other piece of fabric is caused to vibrate.
This happens because the air trapped in the Bass Drum enclosed cylinder is caused to move.
It transports the impact on the one piece of fabric to resultant vibration of the other fabric.
The fabric pieces, the ties, and the cylinder can be easily recognized by an eye, finger, or ear.
The stuff that is trapped inside, the air that transfers the effect, is not so easily recognized.
So the recognizable impact causes an unrecognizable effect that causes a recognizable result.
In much the same way, the space time continuum is like a Bass Drum.
The recognizable impact is a modification of the stuff of space – a change of dimensions.
The unrecognizable effect is what is happening on the time side of the fabric.
The shape of the containment is completely unnecessary to define, because time is not like space.
In the Bass Drum example, the outside and the inside is all made up of space.
When the one fabric is impacted, almost instantly the air is set in motion.
That motion travels through the cylinder until it impacts the other fabric.
The travel through space is time. Time is defined as distance divided by speed.
How fast the air is caused to move is divided into the distance between the pieces of fabric.
So time occurs in the inside of the Bass Drum concerning when each piece of fabric vibrates.
The effect on one fabric, via time, causes a similar but different effect to the second fabric.
In a similar way, if we change something in the space realm, the time realm is effected.
It is wrong to think of these as two realms, because they co-exist together.
When a thing is put into motion, time exists.
If nothing changes, time does not exist.
Since every atom is in motion, time always exists via connection to movement in the physical realm.
If stability is seen as motion not influenced by another force, then time passes relatively slowly.
When a major change in relatively stable motion occurs, time begins to move rather rapidly.
If we postulate motion as distance, and a large (or small) effect as speed, then time is definable.
Take the Industrial Revolution for an example.
It had a very big effect on society. Millions of changes. Large effect equates to high speed.
Earth made a hundred revolutions about the sun. Small motion of travel equates to small distance.
Time was very short. Small distance divided by high speed equates to short time.
When time is very short, it can also be said to move rapidly. Things happen in the blink of an eye.
